Items which can be collected include paper, yellow pages, food and drink cans, aluminium foil, glass bottles and jars, car batteries, engine oil, textiles and shoes. Please keep everything separate using open carrier bags (engine oil in secure upright containers). Helpline for general recycling is 0845 4082543.

Refuse Collection and Recycling
Refuse collection takes place every Thursday unless altered because of Bank Holidays. Recycling takes place on alternate Thursdayys as at 06/03/08, 20/03/08, 03/04/08, 17/04/08 , 01/05/08, 15/05/08, 29/05/08, etc. For holiday periods please refer to next box.
