Parish Council Response: Council neither supports nor objects to this application but points out areas of concern. There will possibly be a parking problem with two cars per property having to access, turn and park. This could create a precedent for converting holiday accommodation into full residential accommodation although it was noted that the two properties were not joined. To offset this it was noted that it would result in a potentially less expensive property in the village being available in the future.
